Spring Moonlight Practice

Spring Moonlight Yoga Workshop Series


This daily 30-minute practice (In-person or virtual) for all levels includes chanting, moon salutations, and much more.

Start times will alternate between evening and morning as we follow the rhythms of the lunar cycle.

You’ll learn to customize the practice to your body.

Join us every day you are able! Practices will be recorded for those unable to attend live.

Supplies Needed:

  • Your shining self

  • Yoga mat

  • water bottle

  • If you are participating online you will also need:

    • Computer/tablet/phone

    • Reliable internet connection

    • Zoom (if you are participating online live)

    • Youtube (if you are participating on demand)

    • Any yoga supplies props that makes a practice accessible and enjoyable for you.


Schedule:

You are welcome to attend one or all of the classes. We have several registration options for you depending on your schedule, dedication level, and budget.

Registration Options:

  • Until 3/1/24: Full 28 days $75 (+tax)

  • 3/2/24 and after: Drop in classes are $10 each

Registration and Cancellation policy:

  • Prepayment is required for registration

  • Registration is non-refundable, and does not carry forward if you are unable to attend. If you are feeling ill or need to cancel for any reason, you may participate online live or on demand at a later date.
