Seva and how we give back to our community

At Supreme Peace Yoga, part of our seva, or selfless service, is giving back to our community. After each community class, students may contribute cash donations that might feel right for your own personal seva. These donations will be equally split between Beechmont Neighborhood Association and Louisville Metro Police Foundation’s Officer in Distress Fund. While no donation is required to attend the class, we appreciate any support and love that you share for these causes in our community!

Sacred Work

In yoga teacher training we always focus some on our sacred work. As I was sitting by the water fall the other day, the dragonflies 🐉 were buzzing about and it reminded me of the time over 8 years ago when dragonfly medicine first came to me to encourage transformation, joy, and growth as I made the decision to leap into teaching yoga full time and was filled with enormous gratitude!
