If you're curious what the big deal is about Yoga, Meditation or Mindfulness, or maybe looking for a natural way to improve the quality of your life, join Tiffany Paige, Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Teach for this 6-week Introduction to Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation workshop. 

The workshop is designed to support or re-lite your journey of curiosity and wellness.

This ancient practice has been scientifically proven to:

  • Support structure and routine

During the course, you will explore mindfulness practices including: 

  • Traditional Yoga Movement Practice

  • Body Scan

  • Sitting Meditation  

  • Mindfulness Living  

  • How to incorporate these practices at home and or at work.


As a Bonus you will: 

  • Explore adding Mantra and Malas into this mindful journey. 

  • Receive A 108 Bead Mala and candle to aide your meditation practice. 

  • Learn to select the meditation and mindful practices that fit your lifestyle, helping you to change your relationship to stress, anxiety more and help you build a structure and routine naturally!
